Delivery:
1 - Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
2 - Please inspect the product upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues. In case of non-receipt, only the shipping fee will be charged.
3 - Shipping is free until (December 31, 2024) regardless of whether the order is received or not.

Returns and Exchanges:
1 - Products can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
2 - Discounted products are not returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects. The customer bears the shipping costs in case of a return for any reason.

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been shipped.
